Daniel Rose is an American-born Paris-based chef. ==Career== Originally from Wilmette, Illinois, Rose moved to France for undergraduate studies at the American University of Paris.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Will Success Spoil Daniel Rose? )〕 He spent a year at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon. He apprenticed at the Bruneau Restaurant, a three-star in Brussels, and worked at the luxurious Hotel Meurice with Yannick Alléno.〔 〕 Rose opened his restaurant Spring in Paris in 2006.
